Ok so my first computer build didnt go as planned. I hooked everrything up and triple checked everything. It all was working fine. Everything popped up in bios. So i through in Windows vista 64 bit. It got to the point where it says "windows is loading files..." then it will restart after that is done and continue to loop that. I also tried 32 bit but no luck.

This is everything in my computer

Try removing all but the first stick of ram, and then install Windows.

If that works, add the rest of your RAM one stick at a time.

FYI: the Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 have known firmware issues, so don't be surprised if it fails.

By boot loop, you mean when it reboots after it loads setup files it just goes back to Install setup again. If so you dont keep booting back to the cd. After it load files and reboots let it boot back to the harddrive.

You tried both sticks, one at at time in the first slot?

Yes, That is correct.

After it says "Windows is loading files..." it says microsoft corp. and shows the microsoft loading bar. After about 4 seconds the computer completely restarts and tries loading the files all over again. I thought maybe this was supposed to happen. So I let it run this loop 6 times. No luck.

try removing the install disk, it may have finished installing. or just change the boot order in the BIOS

try reinstalling windows with only one stick of memory. after it's installed (if you don't have problems) add them one at a time and see if any cause issues.
