My first computer build

I builded my first computer recently and bought:

Mobo: Asus M4A78 PRO
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620 (2.5 Ghz Quad Core)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD5750
RAM: Corsair TWIN 2X 4096MB
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
Is this setup good or less good?
 
Depends on what you do with your computer. Do you do high end games? What power supply did you use?

However, I would have stayed away from Vista, should have installed Windows 7
 
I mostly use the computer for the newer games (COD4, COD4-2, NFS SHIFT, COD5 etc.)

and the power supply: Corsair TX Series 850W TX850
 
powersupply is overkill, but it leaves great room for upgrades. I have a question: how does the 5750 perform? i was thinking of picking one up to replace my 4850, or should i just get a 5770?
