My first forum

Hey,
I just started my own small forum and I would like to get your feedback.

As you can easily guess it is about computers ;) but it is more a small community, most of the people know each other by time and also start to communicate and work together outside the forum. And that is what it is design for, to get to know other people. Therefore it much more personal than a big forum like for example computerforum.com . So if you are interested I would be very pleased to see some new faces around at

Looks nice, but if you want my suggestion, remove all the ads until the community is bigger and then place a small ad or so, more pleasing to the eye this way ;D

Nice site but as the Admin you should understand this sites rule.

4. Spam, multiple posting of same topic, promoting your own site/forum and posting of sites with affiliate ID's is not allowed.

So it is not allowed to ask for help ? ... I just want to improve, learn about how to manage a forum and how to set it all up and that is why I created this topic to get your feedback, about how to improve my side. I guess that should be allowed (it is allowed on my forum as well).

It might be a new forum but we are growing instantly ;)

yes because you are doing it the easy way and spamming other peoples forums.

how about i come to your forum now and spam my site,my friends aswell why im there? ;)

Its easy to use the pretence "help" when in reality its "poach". What easier way to boost your membership is there than use a carefully worded post on another Forum.

The guys in charge will decide, best of luck with your Forum. :)

You can post your site in the "Your site" forum that is desired for such posts and if you own a webhost we also allow you to present your webhost. I am just asking for your help on how to design a forum how to name threads, or maybe I am missing some subforums you would add. That is what should be discussed in this thread.
