My First Gaming Computer Build

Good day fellow computer enthusiasts, I am new to computer builds, and I am planning on building my first Gaming Computer and have gotten advice from some colleagues on what to buy. This is what they said:

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.20-3.60Ghz 6-Core Processor

GPU:
Gigabyte RX 580 4GB Gaming (GV-RX580GAMING-4GD)

Motherboard:
MSI 5350M Bazooka

RAM:
GSkill Ripjax V 8GB Dual DDR4 3200 (F4-3200C16D-8GVKB)

HDD:
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX

PSU:
Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze

CASE:
Tecware F3 Mini Tower Gaming Case usb3.0

I was also suggested, if I have more budget, I can move from a RX580 to a 1060 and a 8GB DDR4 RAM to a 16GB DDR3 since it has similar traits. I'm asking your help if this is a good build for a simple gaming computer that can run games and utilities smoothly and quick.

MY questions:

As a first build, is it good? Anyone with similar specs can suggest anything? What can I essentially do with this build?

Thank you!

Looks good to me.

Ryzen don't use DDR3 RAM...

What is the cost difference for RX580 4GB vs 8GB vs GTX 1060 6GB in your country?
