he has some odd lines on his monitor and yes he talks in the video but don't have to really mind that.
can anyone tell me how to fix this?

looks to me like the monitor is not going to be fixed very easily. i suggest replacing the screen through the manufacturer, or buying a new laptop.

I had the same problem on my old laptop. I sent it away to get a new LCD for it, and it cost about $450 if I remember correctly. I think your best bet here, is to buy a new laptop.
