My friend was trying to build a computer but had some financial problems so he's selling me this motherboard for $200 brand new never opened.

Want some help on what kinda processor would be good enough to run on this mobo

and which kinda ram would be good enough to run as well

I'm transferring my corsair psu 650 and my EVGA GTX 460

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks a bunch.:)

^This. You have the budget for a mid/low end build, it seems silly to use a such a high end motherboard. Unless this has specific features you're looking for, it's doubtful you'd notice a difference between this and a good $100 motherboard.
 
The board looks cool..? Lol it does have USB 3.0 which is awesome. Mine is reliable and performs flawlessly. Good for future expandability in case BF3 rocks your pc and you need another monster GPU
