my future build?

hello, i just wanted to hear some opinions on a build i want to do in the future, and wanted to hear ur opinions and coments on how to make it better or just simply hearing what u have to say, just so u know i do not care about the price so dont get all like omg thats just stupid cuz its way too expensive....... i like what i have chosen and i will stick to it untill someone gives me a solid argument on it being bad >_> , i am not an expert but i think i got this down to where i can say its all good to go and build, tell me what u think and tell me if i made any mistakes on this, also i would like to trow inn that i will be overclocking the cpu just so u know...

1.- Gigabyte G1 Assasin / mohterboard
2.- Intel Core i7 990x / cpu
3.- AMD Radeon HD 6990 / video card
4.- NZXT Phantom Full Tower Case / case
5.- Corsair H70 CPU Water Cooling / water cooling
6.- OCZ Z-Series 1000W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply / PSU
7.- Corsair Vengeance DDR3 Memory / Ram
8.- LG BH10LS30 Super Multi Blu Blu-Ray & DVD Drive / blue ray and dvd burner
9.- Western Digital 3TB Green Hard Drive / hard drive

this is mostly what i have till now.... i will be using it for games and school work in the future ( computer science ), and what not ; D
any coments or constructive critism?

Seems incredibly expensive, what do you need all that power for?

Also, how much RAM did you plan on getting, you didn't specify.
 
Awesome build. I know you said you didn't want us saying this, but unless you are going into extreme video editing and what not, you do simply not need a computer with those parts.

The 1000W PSU is way overkill, you'd probably be fine with a 750W.

it is gonna be incredibly expensive hehe, why do i need it ? why does anyone wanna buy the clothes they like? why do u prefer to eat some type of food over the other one? why do u breath the fresh air? why do u drink a cold beverage in a hot day? xD , RAm i plan on puting 4x 4Gb of DDR3 so 16 Gb of ram total, sorry i forgot to specify ; D

ty ; D , its okay hehe, and i do like playing around with sony vegas but not anything more hardcore, i plan on using it to play the latests games ( first person shooter, MMORPG´s, RPG´s, and well any i see i like lol ), and for my future school work , i wanna be a programmer ; D , and i know i may not need em but i sure will love having em hehe, a 750w PSU is fine i know but i just wanna have the extra just in case xD , power and sp33d comes with a price, i know that, but its all worth it in the end because your doing what u like , i have a great passion for hardware and software, i love computers and i will do till the day i die, u can call this my little project, i always wanted to do this and now its all moving forward and i am very exited to see the end result ; D , i may not know much now but with time , patients, and hardwork ill hopefully get to know everything i need to know.

PS: if u think the price is bad..... try building one from Alienware´s site and ull see how u get a 5k to 7 k desktop not even close compared to this one im trying to build lol

ill be turning 21 on may 2, currently working/studying/living on my own and trying to achieve my goals in life while having fun at it ; D

PS: if ur wondering my age cuz u wanna know how will i be able to afford this its very simple, being single+work= u can buy what ever u want no matter price ; D

hummmm hard to say, but i hope in like the next 2 to 3 months, yeh i know kinda far from now but this isnt the only thing i spent money on lol, i would love to start now but living alone really burns holes in ur pockets xD

What job do you have at 21 that actually enables you to afford this type of machine on top of rent or other various bills? That is, of course, if you do not mind answering.

lol its nothing outta this world, just work in some apartments as a maintenance guy so i get a discount on rent sence i live here where i work lol, aside from that i sometimes help a friend with unloading moving trucks, so yeh nothing big, just work hard and have ur goals always in mind ;D
and even if what u want is expensive, who cares!!!! lol, u got to spoil urself from time to time hehe
