My future Rig. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, the PSU is little overkill, 600 W would do just fine, im sure u can find a cheaper one...... yet that price is quite nice, so maybe im misinformed...... 4GB is a little overkill in my opinion as well, unless you are going for a 64 bit OS....... Those are my only 2 complaints, otherwise that system seems leet!

I'd say either G. Skill DDR2-800 or some Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800. You can get 4gb for $200-300 depending on the cas.

Just search for reviews by google, WD 750GB is faster than Seagate 7200.10 750GB, and it runs cooler and consume less power as well

And it is cheaper as well

Would you mind posting the link of the review?
Looking at the spec at newegg,
Seagate ST3750640AS have Average Seek Time 8.5ms, Average Write Time 10ms, verage Latency 4.16ms;
while WD7500AAKS have Average Seek Time 8.9ms, Average Write Time 10.9ms, Average Latency 4.2ms

It seems WD is a bit slower than ST, according to the spec.

Lets see:

CPU - Good

MOBO - Overkill. P31-DS3L could do the job and overclock

RAM - Overkill too. GeIL has an good one with an rebate for $52, great. Or the XMS2 is good too

GFX - Might as well... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814122028

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341002 - Better name brand, more amps, more wattage, less $

HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136131 - Same, WD, Free flash drive, cheaper

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129154 - I'd rather get that or - http://www.clubit.com/product_detai...=OTC-Adwords&gclid=CNea9ZL7go8CFQ8qgAod7h0vuQ

Thermal Compound - http://cgi.ebay.com/ARCTIC-SILVER-5...ryZ46322QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem - cheaper, after S&H too... than newegg

Cooler - Head that the 9500 has noise probs.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118020&Tpk=Zalman+9700

Floppy - I still use it, but is worthless most of the time... http://cgi.ebay.com/1-44-MB-Sony-Bl...ryZ44959QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem - Few cents cheaper...

Case fans? Link please? $40 for case fans is proposterious... The Antec 900 already has an huge fan so extra cooling is not needed for the P180 or 900....

Thank you for all your suggestions.:)
I changed the PSU and GPU as for the other stuff...(check main page)
Well first of all price doesnt matter to me...i would rather pay an extra $10 - $20 to get all my stuff from one site..

Heres what i think:

Mobo - I have had so many problems with gigabyte i refuse to buy from them anymore..

RAM - please look at my previous post (the one right before yours)

HDD - the HDD i have is faster than the one you posted..mine also comes with a free flash drive

Case - I am building this comp for my brother and he said he want the case hes got picked out so its not an option to change

Thermal Compound/Floppy - Id rather buy everything from newegg

Case fans - The $40 is including 2x80mm fans, 2x180mm fans and a pci slot fan

I am going to get 1066 RAM and i have narrowed my selection down two these..

Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Memory
= $152 per pair = $304

CORSAIR Dominator 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Memory
= $141 per pair = $282

Which pair should i get?

Both are rips. Unless you get an motherboard which support such an high speed, their useless and overpriced. DDR2 800 would perform the same. If you really want to get some speed, try investing in overclocking or an Quad Extreme.

My mobo does support those high speeds...

What can i buy to overclock?
(My brother doesn't want watercooling)

I would stay away from leadtek they are the biggest piece of crap ever, now for the case well the options aren't bad but the black antec p180 looks better and is cheaper
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129017

Now the floppy isn't needed but if you still want one, get it new from newegg

Edit: for the ram this one

I would go with an ASUS Crosshair Motherboard fitted with G.Skill DDR2 800 memory and a 150GB WD Raptor. I've had a lot of problems with that evga motherboard.
