My hard drive is noisy! and upgrading

i wanna upgrade the power supply and the graphics card but idk how...
i open up my pc because it was loud i hear its from my harddrive..

Is it a vibration noise or clicking noise or what? Replacing the power supply and video card is pretty easy. What video card were you thinking of getting?
