my iis webserver not running??

simple short story

DC 10.2.8.100 (AD + DNS)

CDC 10.2.8.101(AD+DNS)

IIS Web server 10.2.8.102 (IIS 6)

i have made website on iis server and did everything i can after watching videos, reading book, google etc. but my website is not running???? what i am doing wrong??????



what settings i ignored???

How are you going about trying to access the webserver? Are you trying to access it internally or externally?
