my laptop having problems browsing pages, have to turn off and on

like it says , I have one other friend in our apartment that has a laptop and she can be on it and surf the internet fine and i have to continously turn on and off my wirless card on my computer to get the pages to start loading again ,


they are always slow and then says page cannot be displaye d, unless i turn it on and off


is my wireless card in my computer going out , or could it be spyware or whtas going on ?
 
Same here my mom has that problem on her HP Pavillion i can get the whole model if you guys want but after about an hour of using IE browser it automatically stops and when you try to go back or another site it says "Page Cannot be displayed" this will happen until we log it off then back on. I have the net i am not using a wireless card that is the only difference.
