So what does your task manager say, CPU and RAM usage
what kind of speed of HDD you are getting

TO be honest just reinstall again!! and see if that fixes it.

Make sure you have all the drivers installed

go to device manager and check!

i reinstalled my pc ~5 times when it got laging.
task manager CPU show very big amplitude. sometimes it shows 0%, 5%, i seted to high performance, so i saw that pc became little faster. but now i am restarting it, he loads so very slowly... 10minutes passed, pc didnt loaded up, its still loading.
HDD is showing 0b/s sometimes it up's ~200b/s or more...

Ahh... 3days before pc was ok.... Now- big big trouble...

Are you saying, that all troubles started 3 days ago? Before that, it was working fine?
yes. 3days before laptop was perfect.

What do you mean? Is it some torrent version?
i think yes. torrent version. but i did formating for my hdd. its complete empty, no viruses could left... now i instaled my original Vista home premium. nothing else on hdd.

It looks to me like possible hard drive problem.

Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287 (or http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=28744&hl=hard+drive+diagnostic)
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), and make the CD bootable.
For Toshiba hard drives, see here: http://sdd.toshiba.com/main.aspx?Pa...rivesUSandCanada/SoftwareUtilities#diagnostic

Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here

No, you need to get Data Lifeguard Diagnostic v5.04c for DOS (CD) (June 2004)
That will download .iso file, which you have to burn to a CD, using ImgBurn.
That will create bootable CD. Boot from it and test the drive.
