My Lenovo Thinkpad T14 AC Adapter (Charger) Broke Will a Cheaper Compatible AC Adapter From A Different Manufacturer Damage My Thinkpad Eventually?

Bizarrely after 2 weeks the AC Adapter/Charger for my Thinkpad T14 Gen 3 broke (see picture below). Somehow the metal USB end stuck to my computer and separated from the power cord when I pulled it out. Once again Lenovo was no help. I think Amazon is getting me a replacement but Lenovo didn't want to know when I contacted them because of my Standard (worthless) Warranty & I bought it from Amazon not Lenovo. A Lenovo AC Adapter costs Aprox $57 & a compatible power adapter from another company costs $20. If I use a Power Adapter from a different Manufacturer from my computer will it harm my computer in the long run? Thank you for your input.thumbnail (46).jpg

Seems like a typical 65w USBC PD adapter, so anything rated for 65w PD should give you the same experience.
