My Leveno Computer isn't charging.

So my Leveno Computer isn't charging properly and it keeps on saying 82% then changing to 40% can someone help?

Is the battery the same one that came with the laptop? If not, some laptops don't play nice with non OEM batteries. Is the charging port loose?

The battery is the same and the charging port is alright

Cause at school some chromebooks have been doing the same thing

Sounds like an issue with the chromebook then. Contact lenovo.
