My Mobo any good?

hey guys i was wonedering if my mobo is any good.

i got a Biostar Tforce 965PT.

Now i will upgreade my ram (can i put these on http://www.matrixonlineshop.co.za/product_info.php?products_id=420, Graphics card (8800GTS 512mb), then my processer (Quad 2.66 (but i will need a new mobo, or a Core 2 Duo 3Ghz. Which is better).

Will i need a better mobo (besides upping to a Quad core).

Also i need a sytem temp monitor but i cant find the one the mobo comes with (sorry if this is noobish)

For your planned upgrades, your MoBo will be fine. However, it does not list support for 45nm CPU's. If that's not a high priority for you, then by all means, keep what you have and just get a 65nm CPU.
