My Monitor says NO signal

I just build my PC yesterday, I didnt miss any wire or something like that. Next thing i do i turn it on, and i notice that the Card's fan doesnt work and.... it says no signal on the monitor. I tried turning my PC on only with 1 ram card but still no luck. I thought the card isnt getting enough power but, what i noticed was that the card heats up but no fan.

The specs would be
CPU Intel Core i7
Mobo MSI x58m
Card Geforce GTX 260 from BFG
RAM 12 gb ddr3 patriot
PS 850w Corsair Power supply

The Graphics card fan doesn't spin?
Is it new? It might be DOA and that's why you're monitor is saying "no signal".
Try hooking your monitor to the motherboard instead of your graphics card.
