One Day I was playing Warcraft 3. Out of No where my monitor was all blueish. I figured out that it would not display Reds. I checked the Cables and Re-installed the Monitor Driver and that did Nothing. I even plugged in another Monitor and it was too blueish. I used a different Cable for the other Monitor so its not a cable Problem. I have an Internal Video Card thats built into the Motherboard. Someone Please help me I am sick of not seeing Reds.

Sounds like your integrated graphics just took a crap. If your motherboard has an AGP or PCIe or PCI slot you could try a dedicated video card. If your color is normal with that, then your on board video died or is in the process of dieing.

Your video card has crapped out on you. You need to replace it with a add-on graphics card. You eliminated the monitor and cable as the source of the trouble since you swaped them out.

It's the video card. You ruled out the monitor already by switching it out. You can try updating the video drivers but doubt that will do anything. Also, look for an option called color management in the video card settings and see if there is something out of wack there. Or you can try uninstaling the video card and then reinstalling it and see what happens.

You can uninstall it but you can't remove it from the system like you can a dedicated video card.

Also the Monitor sometimes flickers back to the normal color. Today I came back on WoW after being AFK for one hour and it was normal. Then randomly it will switch back to its crappy blueish color. Do I still need a new video card?

Yeah, as stated, your GPU is well on its way out. What else do you need us to say? Get yourself a rinky dink dedicated card, you'll get all your colours back and it'll run WoW better. Everyone's happy.
