i was on my computer and looking for cheats on a game. the website might've had a small virus and then my monitor just went black with a weird line in the middle and making a sound as if something was burning. thhen i hooked up another monitor and it worked at the begining and then it would turn it would go black with the button light flicking
btw both monitors are those old ones that have a big back and my computer is about 10 years old
i just tried the other one's tip.....i tried it on my second one it goes to the window pg where it load and the part where theres all these list on a black background but after i pressed f8 my monitor goes to sleep with the monitor buttom flicking on and off. is a virus, hardware damage? my initial monitor wont work...after i pressed f8 the sound of something burning is gone but its still a black screen
i remember i tried it with another monitor...it worked but then it froze after the window all loaded up and i was at my desktop screen....virus????
if its a virus is there a way i can retrieve a file in my hd?
