So lately I have been getting into PC Gaming a lot and I wanted to upgrade my Graphics Card. I have an integrated graphics card, its good but not as good as I want it to be, a bit too out dated if you ask me.

Anyways I have an FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard by MSI and I just wanted to ask people who have more knowledge than me if it was possible if I could stick a Graphics Card into this Motherboard, Preferably the HD 7770 by ATI which has a PCI 3.0 I think? See, I don't know and that is why I need the help of you lot.
Also, if this card is not compatible with my Motherboard, which card would you suggest I buy which can run most modern games from medium to high settings? Any help would be appreciated. :)

MY SPECS:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit
3.2Ghz AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics (HD 7560D)
8GB Ram
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard (Obviously)
230V Power Supply (Do I need to upgrade to a higher voltage for a Graphics Card?)

Yes, you can use that card and you'll need to get a good 500 watt power supply such as the corsair cx500. Just make sure your case can fit the card.

You sure?!

OMG are you really sure? YES YES YES!! I LOVE YOU !!!! and yes i sure will ahh, this is going to be amazing!!!

Hey, just wondering, did it work ? i have the same Motherboard and have been wanting to install either a 7770 or a 7850. The issue is that it looks like the 4 SATA ports on this mobo will be blocked by a gpu. So i was just wondering if you had any luck installing a gpu onto it

im having the same problem with top post same specs as his pc except trying to install an ASUS AMD radeon HD 6450 PCI-E graphics card 1GB but having problems with the screen freezing and colour bleeding all over the bloody screen HELP!

Shrek, although the same motherboard, it sounds like you should completely uninstall the graphics drivers and reinstall them. If that doesn't work, please start your own thread and post your exact model of psu.
