My mouse doesn't work

How to repair if my mouse not work but in computer desktop the mouse like working... its can't move and operate but when i click some folder with keyboard it like to operate and show the icon busy....:eek:
 
Do you mean that the mouse works on one computer, but not another one?
:confused: Like the_other_one said if its not working just buy another one it would be so much
better than to try and fix it, you can prob get a cheap one on ebay.

you dont really need to look on ebay lol, you can get mice for about £3....
 
ok, i have interpreted his question as:

the mouse does not move, and/or click at all, but when he opens a folder using the jeyboard etc.. the cursor on screen will change to the timer/busy cursor.

You def have a dead mouse, go out and buy a new one for £5

try to unplug your mouse after you turn off your computer. Plug it back in, and turn your computer back on.
 
If that doesn't work maybe you need a driver for it. Did it come with a driver CD, it should have.
 
This happens with lots of things such as keyboard, webcam and MOUSE.
Just plug it in and out. if that doesnt work than restart teh PC.
 
Dragon 2309 you right but when i plug in new mouse it same like other... Now i can't use mouse anymore...
