My Net wont load Myspace, hotmail or log on to msn. Help!

I noticed something interesting this morning. Apparently my windows firewall has just up & left. Dunno how, but it can't run the Windows firewall because it can't start the ICS service or something.... gahhh

Hmm the more i read into this the more it seems you have a malware infection. Please download and post a hijack this log for us to inspect for you...

Yeah, see that's what I thought first up. I did have a look at a hijackthis log. Cuz i had found a blocked site in there about 2 years ago. But I didn't see anything suss.

Also. I was getting sick of Windows freezing eveytime I f*&kin booted it, so I switched to Ubuntu. At least it loads lol. But yeah, I formatted c: & installed the new OS. So that makes me suspect it's not malware, but Router settings perhaps.
 
okay, there's been a small development. I don't know whether it's significant or not though. I turned my router off over night & back on this morning. It actually loaded myspace this morning, but only the front page, it would refused to log in. & Now it's gone back to normal & not loading at all!

I am beat on this issue here...-__-

Please open 2 IE windows, one to MySpace another to Hotmail. Now open MSN Messenger and logon. Whether any of them loads up or not does not matter. Now perform the following step:

Start-->Run, type in CMD.

If you see C:\Documents and Settings\Your Logon Name\Local Settings> , please type cd\ to leave you with a clean C:\ prompt.
Now type this: netstat -n > C:\netstat.txt and hit enter.

Then go to your C:\ to locate and open netstat.txt, copy paste the log here.
