My NEW Budget Gaming Rig!

Well you guys helped me with the componts so i disided to share the finished product with you

I used the following:

CM Scout Case.

MOBO : Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H AMD 785.

AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition 125W 3.40GHz (Socket AM3)

Arianet 2GB (1x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Single Channel Module

OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W Modular Silent SLI/Crossfire Ready ATX2.2 Power Supply

So thats what i got... £399.98 < exsatly!

I have done better cable management after i took this pic.

Ill upload some better 1s up in the morning!

Yet to get :

HIS 5770

£80 Water Cooling system.

Not bad. The only thing i dont like is the ram brand. I would get Corsair or some other popular brand. I dont think you would have any problems with this one but still just wanted to say what i think. Good build though.

I Love this case!

AriaNet is products that are the chepest that Aria.co.uk can find.

It works fine and its 1/2 the price of Corsair ram.

Nice build, but with that MB + Processor you need to get an aftermarket cooler and do some overclocking!

Very nice,However if i was you id forget the £80 water cooling,get a aftermarket air cooler like this..

It might not be as good as watercooling,But its a pretty impressive cooler for the price,
Spend what you have after getting a cooler like that on another 2gb of ram.


2gb these days isnt much at all,especialy if you want to game.

Its a budget rig.

[EDIT] But im anoyed with the USB hedders on the MOBO.

Its going to be hard to fit the 5770 on the top PCI express slot ...

Well its been 2 months since iv got it ....

And i love it!

Iv tyded up thoses cables and added some lights and moved the back 120mm fan to the side for more air in and put an old 80mm as the exhaust .

Iv not added any more hardware yet but i hope to soon
