My new build aint POSTing

Hi, just built my backup PC which consists

Asus P5QL Pro
E7300
1GB G.skill ram
8600GT
Thermaltake 400W PSU (just bought)

Connected everything together and does not boot up, as in the bios or nothing pops up on the screen? Is there any solution to this problem??? Any info would be greatly appreaciated! Thanks in advance!

re-check jumpers, wires/pins, etc. It's easy to misinterpret the diagrams.
as they say, 99% computer errors are actually user error.
