Hi, just recabled my whole system so it looked more neater, reconnected everything and also reconnected my gfx card for space. I tried turning on the PC itself and would not boot? The motehrboard shows a green LED which means theres power going through but its not POSTing??? Also i tried deleting the CMOS because i did some light overclocking. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM IVE BEEN HAVING POSTING PROBELMS ALL WEEK!!!!. Thanks in advance :)

Do you get any beeps or any other codes?
I had this problem before go back and recheck everything.

Nope just a green LED that stays on without flashes etc. But i turn the PSU off and reconnected the 24 pin and it started flashing ??? I might jump start the PSU but i really cant be bothered recabling them. Any other solution or your help maybe useful!

Nothings flashing, the harddrives optical drive isnt flashing or anything just the green LED on and once i try to press the power on button nothing moves at all just stays dead there. Ive just made sure my Q connector is in place and nothing still popped up!!!

Unplug and replug all your cables to make sure there snug.
You didn't take the motherboard out did you?

Nope i didnt everything remove the mobo, its stable as before hopefully nothings blown, i guess ill have to reconnect everything.

Ok just reconnected everything and it seems the same thing. I dont want to reget things because i have done it too many times and dont want to go back there again.

My brother is having the EXACT problem, but is mobo is dead :P. Recently, I had the same problem as well, turned out it was my RAM. I am running dual channel, and when i bought new RAM, I forgot about the dual channel thing. Set them up correctly, and it works!! SO try that.

Haha yea that is part of my plan. My full plan is, return my mobo( i think its dead) buy new RAM(dual channel) and new PSU :) The motherboard i had was a P5Q Pro switching to P5E Deluxe, ram is 4 GB Corsair and a 650w Thermaltake Modular PSU ( i like modular :) :) ) and thats about it

All right. But you MIGHT want to double check that your RAM is good. OTherwise, tyeah your mobo is dead. Hey, was that by any chance Foxconn?
