My new build isn't working

I just put together a new build and I cant get it to start. According to the leds only my ram is getting power. The psu is working because I tested it with another mobo and tested another psu. The only psu issue I think I may have is not enough amps on the 12v rail. I have 18a. I have an EP-9NPA+. Any help would be apreciated.
 
You might first check that the 20 pin and p4 connecter from the psu are properly connected to your m/b, also reset bios, there should be some type of jumper on your m/b, check your manul, and see what happens.
 
Check that the BIOS reset jumpers are on 1-2 and not 2-3, this wuold be shorting the BIOS out and causing the system to not start. I forgot to put them back once and sat there wondering why it didnt turn on

Have a check, see if its that.
