your specs are nice, go vista...please next time just type out the proc, mb, ram, and vid card. links are annoying.
 
Vista, or XP Pro. vista isnt that stable but if you dont care , vista or if you have xp already get vista upgrade
 
Go with a 7600GT or 7900GT video card, that 7300 is just a bottleneck. You should use Vista, XP Pro, and Ubuntu. If you have any questions about doing this, just ask.
 
Partition the Hard drive for all three

XP can use 130Gb, Vista can use 130Gb, and Ubuntu can use 60Gb. You can partition them for the amounts when you install them.
 
If Ubuntu would work for you...all my hardware is too new and i cant get Ubuntu to boot. Obviously my hardware was unsupported :mad:....lol.
But if you already have XP buy vista but if your don't have XP i would just get vista x64 and use it as the only os unless you got the money for both. IMO :)
