Hiya folks this is my very first post so all replies welcome. Just wanted to list what my gaming desktop has, thought i would build a cheap one to see how things went with it and to be honest, its bloody great. Anyway heres what it consists of.
Case: ATX Galaxy 3 case
PSU: 600watt artic cooler
Processor: AMD phenom 7700 black edition
Motherboard: ASUS gaming pro with built in Nividia graphics {supports direct x10}
Fan: got 3 of them, one on the side panel, one at the front near USB slots and one at the back near the PSU
Harddrive: Seagate barrcuda 250GB
DVD drive: Samsung superwrite master
Memory: Kingston 2GB DDR2
Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers, Mointor etc: All from new got cheap for around £50
All and all this computer cost me around £200 to make, shows when all these people pay shed loads out to have great graphics, i can play COD4 with pretty high res and it runs smooth throughout my testing. If you need to no where any of components came from they are from a website called www.advancetec.com {or .co.uk}
Grab yourself a bargin lol
