the purpose of Building this PC is Gaming(BF3, Diablo 3 , MoP , GW2 Maxed out ) and Some Video Editing, I am going to buy the Power Supply and the Tower from Local Shops here in Saudi Arabia and the Rest from Amazon because it's so Expensive to buy them here.

is this build ok ?
how much Watts do i need with this Build ?
i am open for any suggestion on the items shown above (Replacing them with a better one) or Adding anything

Looks pretty good. If your just using the western digital drive for storage you could save alittle just getting a blue drive if its cheaper. Get a quality 650W from Corsair/PC Power&Cooling/Silverstone/Antec/Seasonic/XFX

Got another question do i need a CPU Cooler if i am not into Overclocking the CPU

No, but it's always good to have. IMHO, CPU's lag when they get pretty high in temps, especially 60c+. I'm pretty sure when you do some heavy gaming it will reach to the upper limits of 50-60c+(stock cooler). Also, I believe that higher the temps, faster the CPU deteriorates over time. So yeah, I would suggest a after market CPU cooler.

I see u using HSF-Corsair H60 is it better then Hyper 212 or it will do the same job (Same level of Cooling )

Yes, they do the same job, but the H60 does it better. The hyper 212 will allow some OC'ing, maybe to 4.0-4.2 with reasonable temps. But like you said, your not going to OC, so the 212 will do great. With the 212(considering you installed correctly with just the right amount of thermal paste) you could see idle temps in the mid-high 20c, load temps in the high 40c to low 50c.

With my [email protected] and my H60, I see temps at idle in the low-mid 30c, and load in the mid-high 50c.

I would definitely recommend the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo (~$35)
OC & Temps @ Photobucket

Around 6 hours of running Prime95 Large FTT and it keeps an i5-3570K @ 4.2GHz between 61-69C. Ivy Bridge tends to get very hot when overclocked, so it's gonna run very cool if you don't overclock, and reasonably cool if you do some medium overclocking :)

Good luck on your build :)
