Definately would have went for a larger power supply.... 400W is pretty small trying to run a 4830 and a tri core......

Would have went for one of these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341016

Would go for this cpu cooler:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233001&Tpk=S963

Would have went for an xfire capable mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128378

Also would have went with shin etsu TIM:

Thanks for the suggestions. I agree I need a different power supply but I ran out of money...I will be upgrading that asap. I think the cooling is sufficient as I don't plan on over clocking at all and it is running nice and cool even at 100% use.

What is an xfire capable mobo? Excuse my ignorance I have been out of the computer scene for a while now.

Just so you know this is not a gaming machine, I built it for a multimedia entertainment center to store all my movies and videos on. I also use it to convert AVI family videos to DVD format so I can send out of state family DVD videos of family events. Encoding took about an hour for a 1000mb avi file with my old PC and this one will do it in 20 minutes.

With all that in mind would a xfire capable mobo be something that would be an advantage for what I use this for?

xfire would be short for crossfire, as in running two gpu's on the same motherboard in crossfire. Did you already order the parts? Because that ocz power supply costs the same as the 400W antec.

Yes I already built it...I plan on building a few other computers as well so I will upgrade the PS and use the one I have now in another build.

Shoulda come here first:p The corsair is a great power supply dont get me wrong, probably the best 400W you can buy, but even a corsair 400W can only power so much, its more suited towards something with a low end or integrated graphics card, or a home theater pc kind of setup.

Like I said it was my first build...it is an easy upgrade though when I get more money. Would the Crossfire MOBO and two video card give me a crisper picture when watching movies on my TV? My TV is a 65" HD and I am using HDMI cable. It is a pretty dam sharp picture right now but I might want to play some games here and there on it probably (World of War Craft) mostly.

No, the picture quality (crispness) will be mostly dictated by the resoloution of the display. A 65" tv is actually pretty low definition, considering you can get a 24" display with a 1920x1200(above 1080p) resoloution, which has much lower dot pitch, which means much better picture quality. Two video cards in crossfire only help if your framerates are suffering. Its not really worth it to upgrade the motherboard to a higher end one though, except when actually building the system as you would be having to buy another motherboard and graphics card to utilize the feature, vs spending $30-40 more when building the system.
