I did it for a week or two. After seeing how long it would take to get a bitcoin to sell I stopped.
yeah my usual gamer tag is ArcherNx atleast that's what everyone calls me in teamspeak. I still play Starfleet command 3 hahaha and watch TNG everyday

I have both of those.i think bridge commander is way better then buggy legacy. I also play startrek online

I looked at mining in the past and figured out quickly that to make any real money you need to drop some big coins into your system and keep it running 24/7 with big power bills every month.

If you have a high end AMD GPU like the 7970 ($375), you could in theory make $10 a day, and use not all that much in power provided you have a reasonable power bill.
I got into mining 2 years ago, before the mining rush, and backed out soon after I started

Litecoin is a better chance of turning any returns, i been doing it about a month on my 680, have about 2/3s of a coin after just running during working days and evenings when i sleep

So 1 coin is roughly how much? I don't really know much about it but I have seen a little bit. Im just wondering how viable it is to make any real cash over what your electric bill will increase.
