My New Pc!!! Look!

Out of curiosity, what's your new computer worth btw?

It looks like you traded a lot for your new compy......

(I wish I had a pawn shop around my house.............)
 
were estimating around 2 grand. I mean the cpu itself froogled was 1.5k
and if im wrong Id really like some member to tell me
 
I mean, its a great server, Its just I could either buy my monitor back, and throw a video card in...and have a pretty damn good gaming server. Or buy a new mobo, cpu, vcard, and ram for the pc I traded. What do you guys think?

Great choice on the sound system. I enjoy my set :)

Do you know if the motherboard needs ECC ram or not?
 
to put in my two cents...i have corsair xms2 ram 2x512. and it worked great when i had 1 gig. then i bought two more 512 to make it 2 gigs and there was a huge leap in my gaming performance. so if u could i think u should try and get 2 gigs of ram

What games do you play? I personally don't use more than 1GB very often.
 
Im not sure on the mobo jet...Im gonna try to find out the model # and post it tomorrow morning, Umm...I play Fear, Prey, Cod2, cod, coduo, mohaa, mohpa, counter strike, cs source, half life 2, guild wars, ut04, fear, episode:one, doom 3, age of empires 3 warchiefs, etc. etc. etc.

i saw a performance jump in battlefield 2 and a huge one in flight simulator, couldnt play at all on max graphics with 1 gig. oh and oblivion couldnt get max AI with just 1 gig.
 
i just thought i would post again. Wicked and dakota are both of my friends. Dakota got that server for 150 from his uncle. wicket traded dakota his entire setup for just the server. i think it was an even trade, beacuse dakota couldent use the server (dialup) and wicked can. I worked on the server a little bit. its fast. btw, i has 6 DDR2 ram slots, can hold up to 2 xeons (has one cpu now) it has 4 PCI, and 1 PCI Express x16. it has 5 SATAII, and 2 idee 133, and GIG lan. it will be kick ass for wicked when he gets that new video card in there. i think both of my friends got a good trade.
