The only thing that I would worry about is your cooler. I have the Dark Knight cooler and I had to rely on the extra clearance from the window.

Do you need an extra cooler for your HDD? I have a 120mm fan right in front of them and it keeps my 3 drives nice and cool.

Power supply is overkill, plus I would get a XFX 750W.

You can not run SLI on the board, its Crossfire only.

If you have good case air flow the harddrive cooler is a waste of money.

Depending on what it your doing, 8gb. of memory is pretty much overkill too.

case - I recommend case like HAF 922 as you have quite a lot component within.
Mobo - 980a chipset for SLi, or crossfire 5830 1GB instead.
RAM - not sure if you need 8GB RAM
PSU - how much is that? Thermaltake Black Widow W0319RU 850W seems good for the price.
