Just use the factory reset piece and sell it.
It's probably configured like 99% of any other home router with DHCP outside, 192.168.1.0/24 inside, and whatever wifi info you configured on it. Otherwise they don't generally store or capture info by themselves. Nothing you could really glean from it other than potentially a configured PSK for wireless, which is easily changed or wiped.
