my pc is messed up

hello, my computer is really weird because everytime i run too many porgrams, its reboots itself. could u tell me y it does that and what i should do to fix it.thank you
 
Maybe two programs that dont work together/same time can cause a reboot; or if a program is infected, can cause a reboot as well.
 
I think its because the computer is overloaded and it can't handle the pressure so it just reboots. Its pretty much like freezing or crashing. However, I don't understand why it reboots instead of freezing.
 
Do you have a web cam and microphone and stuff when using msn. I think that the celeron would find it hard cope with video and sound.
