My PC sometimes freezes and...

Hello

First of all, I am not sure if this is the right place for this thread so if it's wrong, I'm sorry for that.

So my computer freezes from time to time. By "freezes" I mean, everything just freezes, except for all sound.
So everything visual, just freesez 100% and no matter what I do or click, it stays that way. So all that is left for me to do is to restart the computer (using the off-button).

Also:
Sometimes, a lot rarer than the freezing, my screen says it has lost its connection with the computer. As if I were to take out the cable connecting the two.
I've tried doing just that afterwards, and some other stuff, but only thing to do is turn the PC off using the off-button.

Some info:
I have not installed any new drivers the last couple of weeks.

My computer: Packard Bell imedia S3810
Specs:
Prosessor: Intel Core i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz
RAM: 6,00 GB
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT320

So my question is:
How do I go about fixing this, when I have no idea what the problem is? Advice on where to go from here, please?

Help is much appreciated!

It is either

1. Insufficient or failing PSU
2. Overheating graphics card or CPU
3. Faulty graphics card or GDDR

To fix

Post make and model of that PSU.

Clean out any dust in the computer and replace thermal paste.

Check all fans are working as they should.

Open the computer, look at the Power Supply Unit and record the manufactuer and model number of it please.
