i doubt it most people just run of normal drives i would say the way to increase your is OCing your CPU to 2.8 or more u have a very good cooler.
with your ram if they have heat spreaders on them u could drop the CAS down to 4-4-4-12.
an if u are going to OC your CPU rember to drop the ram down to 667MHz

ok i set my memory at 5.5.5.11 i tried 4.4.4.12 and 5.4.4.12 wouldlnt boot got blue screen...i turned my fsb 802.45 multi to x13 stable 2608.93 right now no issues load 38-39c idle 34c what else should i try? overclockind quad newb here

yea OC it to 2.8 at least you have a good fan so heat is not realy the problem
how much have u turened the Voltage up?
