My photshop stop work...

Hi i´m new here but hope i´ll get help...

My photoshop(CS2) have stop work, when i´m trying to start it this window show up. can´t get around it, if i close it down a new come up and if i close that one down PS turn off... I have tried re-install and remove the install again, cant get it work.. It says i´m not on admin-account but i´m on the only account on the computer, the admin-account. I haven´t install something which connected to PS.
Anyone that got same problem before or know it anyways?

Really need help fast. Hope i can get.

And sorry for my reaaaaally bad english....
 
Yeah i´m sure, it´s the only account on the computer and I installed PS on it, i´m sure about that...
nothing wierd happen before it, one day when i was up to start PS that window show...
 
Do you use Vista?
The first time i installed vista i was installing my software, had to restart my PC to make some of it work, i rebooted, logged back in and when i tried doing something else admin related it said that i was not the administrator, had to go through a pain in the arse process to get it fixed aswell :(

No, i´m use Xp Pro...
But can you tell how you worked it out anyways? Maybe work?
