My Pictures in Desktop Display

I just got my computer back with a new hard drive so it'll be a dayor two before I get averything back to normal. For some reason, the photos and "my pictures" (In "My Documents") shows up with my desktop display pictures. When I right-click>properties>Desktop, the display photos are supposed to come from C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper. it does, but it also includes photos from "My picutres" located in "My Documents". How do I only get to display photos from C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper?
 
then you need to remove the pictures from "My Pictures", because windows scans this folder constantly. this folder also act as a doorway to wallpapers so instead of going all they way to c/windows/web/wallpaper you just go into My Pictures

I had "My pictures in the same place as before and nothing happened. I've been on a number of computer where "My pictures" where in the same place and never had this problem. The is the first time I've come accross that problem.

probably you didn't notice , truth be told this works for 2000 and XP.
"My Pictures" is used as a wallpaper folder.
are you sure ?
because on every PC i've worked on ,the wallpaper dialog box is filled with users pictures from the "My Pictures" folder.
