hello everyone, my first post here.
My intel p4 1.8 ghz computer finally died. I built it late in 2001. Finally decided to sink some money into a new computer. Here is what I built.

AMD Athlon 64 FX-62 Windsor 2.8GHz Socket AM2 Dual Core Processor
VIGOR GAMING CLT-M2A 92mm Thermal Electric CPU Cooler
ASUS M2N-E SLI Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 500 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT ATX12V 620W
ASUS Black E-IDE/ATAPI DVD Burner 5X DVD-RAM
Lian Li PC-65B Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 300GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
XFX Geforce 7800GTX 490MHz Core and 1300MHz Memory

I built this recently, or I should say rebuilt. Within the past month or so. Thing I didnt buy is a digital camera. As soon as I purchase one, Ill post a picture. Total cost ran about 2000 $us. I bought mostly from newegg. I had some other internals in the machine, a tforce4sli mobo, a amd 64 4200+ cpu, and some corsair memory, but I turned those parts into the wifes computer. She uses it for graphic art programs. I am interested in overclocking, and the configuration of the machine as it was didn't overclock well. I wasn't impressed with the biostar mobo, (strictly for overclocking, it was great as a stock mobo.) .
