My Sound dose not work :(

I use a 790i Sli xfx motherboard
i installed the sound drivers and all the mobo drivers
but i dont get sound, and my computer tells me I dont have a sound device when i have speakers and headphones
any solutions?

Look under sound, video and game controllers in device manager and tell us what is listed. Do you have any devices listed at unknown or other devices? Obviously you don't have the correct driver installed.
