After playing with his system for the last few days, I told my wife. I think I am going to pack up my system and send him that one, and I'm keeping the new one. It blows mine away so bad it's not funny.

I downloaded the demo to crysis and played it at max settings and 4x AA at 1680x1050 and was getting frame rates in the 50's.

After all is said and done. I still hate how that Antec 900 case goes together, but it is one of the best looking cases around.

Your keeping it? LOL

O and your step son told me to tell you to send me your computer and ill send it to your step son...

Looks good

:) No I am not keeping it, wish I could though, but my wife would not forgive (sleep with me) me if I did. So I am going to ship it fedex next day air on Thursday.

Now I just have to talk the wife into letting me build a new one for myself. Yes I said talk the wife into it. I admit I am whipped.

Just a pointer to all you guys, stay single! :)

AMD 64 x2 4200 939
ATI 2600 pro agp
2 gigs ram
1, 150 gig HDD
1, 80 gig HDD
DVD burner and CD burner
XP pro
430 watt PSU

I built it about 2 years ago, the AM2 boards had not come out yet when I built it. They came out about 2 months later. Pissed me off big time. And at the time Intel chips sucked.

It was not top of the line when I built it, but close enough.

The 2600 was a recent upgrade. I did have a ATI 9800 pro.

I have played Crysis at medium settings and at low res with around 15 fps, so that game is out. But I can play UT3 at decent FPS and TF2 at full settings. So yeah I do game. And since those are the only games I am interested in right now, it works for me.

But give it a few months and I will be building a new system. I am just going to wait until prices come down some. And 430 watt is fine for this system. It has no need for more.
