My upload shocking?

That is what i got when i went on a speed test. The download is acceptable, but the upload? 0.35 mbs is shocking in my eyes. What are other peoples uploads around Australia/other countries? I'm with AAPT i think, any suggestions on swapping internet provider for a faster upload?

I also went on another website that told me my download was about 21 000 kbs.

What do tyou guys think of the ones I did?

mine is 512 upload .. so yours is only a little worse.

Thats not a bad speed.
