my USbs and wireless just stoped working..

hi ...a have a problem ..my usb's and wireless on my Toshiba satelite l300 just stoped working ..the usbs have power for a smal light but nothing else..i try to instal new drivers..nothing..inside the laptop everything look fine ..no damage ..what can i do ?:confused:
 
You can try uninstalling the USB drivers and rebooting the machine, this forces windows to reinstall the drivers.

You can do this in device manager. Under Universal Serial Bus Devices, right-click and uninstall every entry under that section, then restart the machine.

It will reinstall the drivers. If this doesn't work, you may have a fault with the laptop and in that case I suggest you contact Toshiba for assistance/warranty work
 
Sounds like the ports have failed then. Is the laptop under warranty? Contact Toshiba on their support phone number. They will have to replace the motherboard (if it is under warranty)
