Well, I found the Vista skin on Deviant Art, and it didn't include the blur effects. The blur is included in Window Blinds 6, so you can check a box to have the blur effects turned on in any theme at all :D

Well, I bought the whole Stardock package, so I have all the programs, and get all the updates and upgrades for free. But if you just bought only Window Blinds 4 or 5, you have to pay an upgrade charge of $15. So, personally. I would just buy the whole package if you haven't already, otherwise you can just upgrade it.
