my wanted HDD

ok i need help figuring out what will make this hard drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822145082 fit into this mobo http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=tforce+6100-939 ...are there any cords or plugins neccesary?...by the way the HDD is OEM

you need a sata cable and a sata power adaptor, from the looks of the description of the mobo, neither is included, so hit up newegg, shouldn't cost more than a couple bucks

yes, that is a SATA connector... except make sure your power supply has a sata cable and if it doesnt you need to buy a power converter for it.

theres the sata cable, which is a little thin cable that plugs into the mobo, which should come with the mobo (but i guess that one doesnt?). then, there is a cable coming out of the psu, called a molex...or something i cant really remember right now...that has like 6 or so rounded holes in it. that plugs into the hdd for power. unless you are doing RAID, all you should have plugged into the hdd are these two things, both of which you should already have (one from the psu, one comes with the mobo). SINCE you apparently dont have any, these will do fine.
