nope, ive now got something better.!!!!
Its a modified ECT Promethia Mach 2 1/2" chiller. On minimum fan speed, the water is 10*C (so just above due point hence no need for insulation) and upto -16*C with full fan speed and Insulation. AT minium fan speed, its silent!
Bought with a PC-7 and fans ect. for £250.
