Personally I prefer Microsoft FrontPage because it's easy to use, has a nice interface, and has many options to choose from.

Unfortunetly it costs quite a bit of money. In the mean time you can download a free 30-Day trial of Adobe GoLive from www.adobe.com

you can also just search for myspace editors, they have those floating around.

go to google and type in "myspace editor"

You don't really need to know HTML to get a myspace or use it. Unless you want to do a buch of crazy fonts and flash images and all that...
