Nasty Internet Problem

Alright ill start from the beginning...

I am running a 54g wireless linksys router with a wired pc and some wireless laptops. today i was trying to fix some problems i was having with port fowarding so i decided to click on restore factory defaults on my router from the router options menu (192.168.1.1)

Right after i do this i realize i have opened a can of worms.
No computer can connect now, and right now i am trying to connect the wired computer directly to the wall.

The desktop directly to the wall (no router) wont connect at all. Somehow i set up a PPPoE in internet explorer and i am using my internet that way but my LAN is still not working. The connection i setup is running a Brodband Connection through what seems to be a dial up setting. It is still sending and recieving even without my PPPoE but it wount repair and i cant run ipconfig/renew.

I plan to get the desktop wired connnection figured out and then install the router from there but it turns out it is not as simple as it seemed.

Can someone please help i will be ever so greatful!!!

BTW... i am running Verizon FIOS no modem just a plug in the wall. XP on all computers.

Thanks guys

Go to your routers homepage and under the home network tab set it to WEP-open. Then on your computer, reconnect to your connection (disconnect from it and reconnect. Also make sure its wireless mode is g-compatible (should have a 802.12g etc)
