Necessary to Keep All These Fixes?

When I bring up the Uninstall option of CCCleaner, 235 of the programs it brings up are variations on, for example, "Windows 2000 Hotfix - KB900725" (I'm still using Windows 2000). Is it necessary for me to keep all of these, or does the 235th Fix contain everything the previous 234 did plus something new?
 
That's a good question, to which I do not know the answer.

I find it odd that CCleaner shows the Hotfixes...It doesn't on my rigs.
 
You aren't actually removing the hotfix, it shows the left over install files. You have to 'fix' them all if you want to get rid of all the temp files.
 
I think it also includes the uninstaller and backups in case you ever wanted to remove the hotfix.
