Need a Card!

I am building a budget rig for my dad and I need a card for around 100$us. I am not very experienced with gpus so I thought I would toss the question out there and see what comes up. I also have some wiggle room with price in my build, so if 100$ just ins't enough for a decent card these days please point out whats on top for price/performance. Thanks for any help.

Best price for performance: ATI 4670 This also uses a low amount of power, it idles less than 20watts, and doesn't use more than 75, so now 6pin for this guy.

If you want a budget rig for your dad, go to dell. You wont do it cheaper in the budget area.

How much are you looking to spend on the whole computer? You could make a post in the 'Desktop Section', there's people there that'll certain help you make your money go a little further!

IT's a 4830 for like 94.99 on new egg, or open box...?... or get a 9800GT...
